Who processes data and why
Woogi processes information needed to provide games, connect matches, display records and rankings, operate chat and the guestbook, answer inquiries and prevent abuse. There is no registration for ordinary players.
Information used by the service
Depending on the game, we process nicknames, random player or browser identifiers, room and match state, scores, results and timestamps. Chat uses your selected blood type, MBTI and character, messages and direct messages. The guestbook uses nicknames, posts, replies and authorship identifiers. Public rankings, public chat and guestbook content are visible to other users.
Names and birth details entered for Four Pillars and couple readings are calculated in your browser and are not stored in a Four Pillars server database. Tarot questions, selected cards, readings and notes are stored on the server for your history. Inquiries use your email address and message.
Retention and deletion
Deleting tarot history removes ordinary readings. Today's daily draw is hidden and its note cleared to prevent a repeat draw; it is deleted by cleanup on the following day. Unfinished readings are cleaned up after seven days.
Public game records and guestbook posts are retained while their history and sharing features operate; use available deletion controls or contact the operator to request deletion. Woogi Chat uses a default seven-day message retention and 30-day guest-session expiry. Tarot sessions expire after 180 days; expired sessions and their linked readings are cleaned up. Browser records may remain until you clear browser data.
Web access logs may contain IP addresses, requested URLs, times, browser information and referrers. Nginx logs rotate daily, keeping up to 14 previous files. Hashed visitor identifiers for statistics are kept for up to 400 days; daily aggregates that do not directly identify people remain during service operation. Deleted information is removed to make recovery difficult. Any legally required retention is limited to the applicable scope and period.
Cookies, browser storage and advertising
Cookies and browser storage support temporary player identification, deletion of your posts, settings and mission progress. You can block or delete them in browser settings, but doing so may remove saved progress or proof that you wrote a post.
On pages where Google ads are enabled, Google and its advertising partners may use IP addresses, device information and cookies to deliver and measure ads. Advertising cookies may personalise ads based on previous visits to this or other sites. In applicable regions, choices are collected through a Google-certified consent message. You can also manage personalised ads in Google Ad Settings. When ads are disabled, this site's advertising feature does not request Google's ad script.
External services and safeguards
The service uses Oracle Cloud server infrastructure and Naver Mail for inquiries. Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive IP addresses and browser information. When Google advertising is used, information may be processed in the United States or other countries under the policies of Google LLC and its partners. See the Google policy links below for their processing practices.
The operator applies safeguards including access restrictions, HTTPS transport and temporary-session checks. Do not post sensitive information such as identification numbers, contact details or passwords in public chat or the guestbook.
