For a bug report, include the game, approximate time, device and browser, and steps to reproduce it. Do not send passwords or payment details. For record deletion, include the game, nickname and time of the record.

The operator will review your message and reply. Data-related requests may require minimal additional information to verify ownership. Email is received through Naver Mail, and personal information no longer needed after the inquiry is resolved is deleted.
